We currently have an opportunity for an Insurance Administration Assistant based in our Knighton Office, who will be responsible for carrying out a range of administration tasks including taking customer calls, distributing post and dealing with private car, home, travel and other personal insurance products.
Team work will be important to support colleagues in delivering exceptional customer service.
The role is offered full time and working office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
You will have the ability to work to a high level of accuracy through maintaining your own records and work within FCA guidelines at all times, continuing to drive high standards of compliance.
The successful candidate preferably would have previous administration experience. This role requires a candidate who is motivated with the ability to work to high standards. You must have good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of clients over the telephone.
