COVID-19 STATEMENT
We are currently facing unprecedented times which, in turn, requires some unprecedented action. The welfare of staff and customers is key and therefore we will be closing our offices to customers whilst operating skeleton staff internally with immediate effect. The business will use a mixture of home based working and skeleton staffed offices to continue to provide our service. We do recognise there will be some initial service support challenges to work through, but we are confident with our partner insurers, we will be able to continue to support your businesses.
You will still be able to contact your normal office in the usual way and calls can be diverted to colleagues working at home.
We encourage all matters to be conducted through phone or email for the foreseeable future. In emergencies or particularly difficult claim matters our team of Account Executives remain able to visit for urgent assistance.
We would like to thank you for your co-operation and understanding through these difficult times and will endeavour to help all clients to the best of our ability.
