The App contains certain features which will allow you to keep in contact with us and likewise, we can keep you informed too.
Features of the App
– General Communication
The App has a welcome page with our phone and email contact details for all offices. You can use the hyperlinks on your mobile device to get in touch with us.
– Claims
There is a claims page to report claims in real time, which will be emailed through to your local office. It includes the option to send pictures, store the time and date of the incident an even log the location. This will prompt you to ask the right questions and obtain the required information to handle your claim efficiently.
– Social Media
Links to our social media pages will keep you up to date with everything at Caleb Roberts Insurance, including relevant articles and advice on our blog.
– Document Store
We are putting the final touches on the document store, to offer a secure, paperless solution to sending your insurance documents to you.
