Congratulations to Chris Robson and Ben Amos on the completion of ‘Lon Cambria’, a famous cycle route from Aberystwyth to Shrewsbury last week. The route is over 100 miles long, taking almost 10 hours to complete with total climbs of nearly 6,500 feet.
The charity ride was in conjunction with the Shropshire & Mid Wales Insurance Institute, of which Chris is the President. The team of five insurance professionals are raising money for The Insurance Charities, and anyone wishing to donate can do so at:
