Well, here we go again! As we settle in to Lockdown 3, it’s a good time to keep you in the loop of how our business is operating through these trying times.
There will be at least one person in each of our offices to answer the phones and distribute calls remotely where required. All lines of business from motor insurance to claims remain operational and whilst we are not visiting clients at the moment, we can still assist you in these matters by phone or email. We are operating our offices in a COVID safe environment for colleagues, which varies the level of staffing dependent on the layout of each office space.
Emails are being monitored during our normal working hours and can be used for communication for non urgent enquiries. For anything urgent we encourage you to phone your local office as you would normally do.
Payments can be made by phone or BACS and remain the preferred contactless method of settlements. Cheques will also be received in the post through the Lockdown.
We are able to discuss any new enquiries through phone or video call, so please do get in touch if you require a quotation.
First and foremost we ask you keep safe and well, as is our commitment to our staff. We hope normality in our personal approach to working with clients returns in 2021, but in the meantime we remain on hand to help remotely in any way we can.
